Registration in Belarus

International students will be provided with an accommodation in the student hall of residence (if necessary) after signing the study contract and paying the tuition fee for the first semester or the full year. You will then need to sign a rent agreement (according to your preference, you may be staying in the hall of residence or a private apartment). Within three days after signing the rent agreement, based on the order for admission signed by the rector, you will need to get the registration in the Republic of Belarus for the academic year.

For this, you will need to submit the following documents to the MSLU International Relations Office (Room D-215):

  1. Foreign travel passport with a Study Visa;
  2. Copy of the first page of the passport with Russian translation notarized in the Republic of Belarus;
  3. Medical insurance purchased in the Republic of Belarus or translated into Russian and notarized in the Republic of Belarus;
  4. Rent agreement for the hall of residence or a private apartment.

Apart from that, you will need to pay the state registration fee in a bank (payment details are available at the International Relations Office, rooms D-215).

Local citizenship and migration office will issue the registration within 15 days.

The 33rd city student polyclinic (Minsk, Surganov st., 45, bldg. 4)  will provide you with this service, which is paid, and its cost ranges from $ 90 to $100).
